Street Dance
Street Dance is the umbrella term for a number of social dance styles including, but not limited to; Breaking, Hip Hop, Locking, Popping and House. These styles are all independent styles in their own right, each with their own history and foundations, each visually looking very different. The key elements which make street dance what it is are; groove, character, originality, intention, creativity and social interaction.
Musical Theatre
Musical theatre is different to dramatic theatre in that it combines songs, spoken dialogue, and dance to tell a story. A musical is also different to a play with music, in that it gives as much importance to the songs and music as other elements of the production.
Musical theatre is a genre which means that it’s one set type or category of the many different types of theatre in existence. It’s often quite stylistic and can use a variety of theatrical techniques such as elements of physical theatre, still image and ensemble acting.
Acro and Stretch
Formally known as Acrobatic dance, this style fuses basic ballet technique with gymnastic elements and balancing moves. ... In the Acro/Stretch program, our dancers will increase their strength and flexibility, as well as their fluidity of dance as they transition in and out of acrobatic movements
Ballet and Tap
There is no other dance form that exercises dancers’ muscles like ballet does. It works every part in the body from fingers and abdominals to bottom and legs. It helps develop long, lean and strong muscles, which are required for a healthy body shape. In toddler ballet classes, little dancers also learn coordination, balance and how to control their bodies in motion from moves such as lifts and toe points.

Tap dancing classes for toddlers are beneficial to children in a different way than ballet. As for physical benefits, as dancers’ feet move continuously back and forth at a fast pace, tap builds strength in the legs and feet in addition to increasing flexibility in the hips, knees and ankles.

Contemporary Dance
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.
